具有抗凝性能的肝素化ε-己内酯/L-丙交酯共聚酯的合成及电纺丝加工

以辛酸亚锡为催化剂,1,4-丁二醇为引发剂,制备出ε-己内酯/L-丙交酯共聚酯(PLCL).以1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺/N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺为缩合剂将肝素连接在PLCL两侧端基上.采用1HNMR技术测定了共聚酯端基的肝素化率;用XPS分析了肝素化后聚酯中N和S含量,利用甲苯胺蓝紫外分光光度计法测定了表面肝素含量,并根据静态接触角测定结果讨论了材料表面的亲水性变化.凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间和部分凝血活酶时间测试数据表明,肝素化后PLCL的抗凝血性能得到明显改善.探索了该共聚酯进行电纺丝加工的可行性.     

Weak type heterodimensional cycle bifurcation with orbit-flip

In this paper, we study the weak type heterodimensional cycle with orbit-flip in its non-transversal orbit by using the local moving frame approach. For the first two subcases, we present the sufficient conditions for the existence, uniqueness and non-coexistence of the homoclinic orbit, heteroclinic orbit and periodic orbit. 借助优势比信息识别不可忽略缺失数据的模型参数

由不可忽略缺失机制引起的缺失数据,常使得模型变得不可识别。对于那些不可识别的模型,可以通过添加协变量和借助其他来源的外部数据来达到识别的目的。本文探讨不可忽略缺失机制下,利用外部获得的优势比估计,来达到识别联合概率的方法。     

PMMA光盘基片光致聚合反应复制法工艺研究

本文通过测量ＰＭＭＡ基片在光致聚合反应法复制过程中的形变和收缩应力，由此对其产生的机理作了一定的理论分析。通过在凝胶化后施加一定的压力能够减小形变和收缩应力。本文不仅描述了采用二阶段加压法工艺复制的ＣＤ唱片，还描述了用ＳＥＭ观察复制信息的微观形貌。

Actional Mechanism of Trifluoroacetic Acid for the Separation of Biopolymers by Reversed-phase Liquid Chromatography

The present paper covers the actional mechanism of trifluoroacetic acid for the separation of biopolymers investigated by using the parameters of stoichiometric displacement model for retention(SDM-R) in reversed-phase liquid chromatography. It was found that the trifluoroacetic acid(TFA) may participate in, or stimulate the association among displacing agent molecules in mobile phase, and decrease the affinity of both the associate molecules of the displacing agent and the TFA-protein ion-pairing. The former dominates over the separation selectivity of biopolymers as the concentration of TFA is lower than a given value, and the two contrary functions partly offset to each other and the latter dominates as its concentration is greater than the given value.     

Preintercalation of Layered γ—Zirconium Phosphate for Preparation of Immobilized Hemoglobin

Layered γ-Zirconium phosphate (γ-ZrP) preintercalated with butylamine,tetra(n-butylammonium)hydroxide,dimethylamine respectively,or only ultrasonificated,for preparation of immobilized hemoglobin were in vestigated in this report.     

微色谱柱分离—FAAS法测定镀铬液中铁、铜、锌

本文研究了减压条件下微孔色谱柱分离富集镀铬液中杂质无素铁、铜、锌的柱性能，确定了最佳富集条件，在近中性介质中，以H^ 型732强酸性阳离子交换树脂于φ3×70mm微孔色谱柱中富集镀铬液中铁、铜、锌，与铬（Ⅵ）分离，以蒸馏水为淋洗液，被吸附的离子用4.5mol/L硝酸洗脱后用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定，方法简便、快速，灵敏度高，标准加入回收率在98％－104％之间，用于镀铬液中铁、铜、锌的测定，结果令人满意。
